Your first visit begins with a brief conversation about what brings you in, areas you’d like addressed, pressure preferences, and anything I should know to make your session comfortable. Every session is customized to you, and you’re always encouraged to speak up about pressure, positioning, temperature, or anything else you’d like adjusted.

For a traditional massage, you’ll undress only to your personal comfort level. You’ll remain professionally draped throughout the session, with only the area being worked on uncovered. Your comfort and boundaries always come first.

If you’re looking for a traditional full-body massage for relaxation and muscle tension, choose Therapeutic Massage. For gentle support of lymphatic flow, swelling, or fluid retention, choose Manual Lymphatic Drainage. If you’re looking for a relaxing essential-oil experience focused along the feet and spine, choose HS Aromatic Balance. If you’re still unsure, contact me and I’ll help you decide.

I customize pressure based on your needs and preferences rather than treating “deep tissue” as a separate service. Your massage can include lighter relaxation work, firmer therapeutic pressure, or a combination depending on what your body needs that day.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows may be charged 100%. I understand that life happens, so please contact me as soon as possible if something comes up.
